Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
All South Island frozen orders will be sent on Monday or Tuesday
All North Island frozen orders will be sent on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
(Orders received after 1.30pm Wednesday will be dispatched the following Monday)
Rural frozen deliveries are to be collected by the customer from their nearest rural delivery agent or drop off. This will be specified on your email invoice, along with a tracking number when your order is processed, prior to dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to rural addresses ships to rural addresses within New Zealand, using Post Haste Courier and NZ Couriers.

It may take an extra day or so for deliveries to rural addresses as the courier hands off items to a rural depot or agent and a second, rural courier forwards on to your door.

With frozen items, you will need to collect from the nearest depot/agent in your area the day after dispatch. Agent/depot will contact to advise it is ready for collection.

Then go to address checker, then click on the link that says Post Haste Couriers Branch. That brings up a map of New Zealand and if you click on the area you want it, shows the branches, agents and depots for that area.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation (Tracking Number) on your email invoice, once your order has been processed for dispatch. The tracking number will be active as soon as your order is collected by the courier.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
